Job Title: IT Recruiter RPO (Client Deployment)

Location: Navalur

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for client requirements.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage offer rollouts.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and meet recruitment targets.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

Required Skills:

• 0-6 months of IT recruitment experience.
• Exposure in end-to-end IT hiring.
• Experience in client coordination and stakeholder management.
• Good communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
