Muthoot Mercantile Limited is looking for an experienced and technically proficient IT Admin to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure cloud services, system administration, network management, and technical support. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring system availability, managing user access, maintaining IT security, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating IT operations across the Head Office, branches, and regional offices. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure cloud services, system administration, network management, and technical support.
- Ensure system availability.
- Manage user access.
- Maintain IT security.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Coordinate IT operations across the Head Office, branches, and regional offices.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration and Windows operating systems
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and administration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), user management, and access control
- Experience in Microsoft 365 administration, email management, and user account configuration
- Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches, and network troubleshooting
- Experience in managing desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT assets
- Knowledge of cloud security, data backup, disaster recovery, and system monitoring
- IT asset management, inventory maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and cloud-related issues
