Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Connect with customers who have already enrolled in a plan through the Supply RM team.
2. Understand customer requirements, including preferred location, budget, property type, preferences, and timelines.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the property search journey.
4. Suggest suitable properties based on customer requirements and preferences.
5. Explain property details, features, pricing, and other relevant information to customers.
6. Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively throughout the sales process.
7. Conduct regular follow-ups to keep customers engaged and move opportunities forward.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to identify and provide suitable property options.
9. Encourage customers to schedule property visits and proceed to subsequent transaction stages.
10. Negotiate effectively and work towards converting opportunities into successful property deals.
11. Take complete ownership of the customer journey, from lead allocation to deal closure.
12. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
13. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
14. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the property search and sales journey.
