About the Role
We are hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support customer environments across on-premises, Microsoft cloud, and hybrid platforms. The role covers infrastructure, identity, endpoint, messaging, backup, DR, and hardware support.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Windows Server and Linux environments, including virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware).
- Deploy and support Azure infrastructure and hybrid setups (VMs, networking, storage, VPN, access controls).
- Administrating Microsoft 365 environment.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Entra ID (MFA, Conditional Access, hybrid identity).
- Implement backup, data protection, and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions, and carry out restore tests and DR drills.
- Provide L2/L3 hardware support for servers, storage, and network devices, and coordinate with vendors.
- Monitor infrastructure using Ivanti and Motadata, fix issues within SLAs, and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in IT infrastructure and Microsoft cloud support.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
