Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with a strong background in manufacturing industry hiring. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various plant, production, engineering, quality, maintenance, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment within the manufacturing industry.
• Handle hiring for Production, Quality, Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, Stores, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other plant functions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
• Drive bulk hiring and lateral recruitment as per business requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and plant heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, salary negotiations, and offer releases.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, offer acceptance, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and regular hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR will be an added advantage.
• 1–5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and plant-level hiring requirements.
• Experience in sourcing ITI, Diploma, Engineering, and experienced shop-floor professionals.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet recruitment deadlines.
