Your Mission is to:

Roles & Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment Management: Own the complete hiring process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and conducting reference checks to ensure timely hiring across departments.
• Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Identify and attract high-quality candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels while promoting GameNation as an employer of choice.
• Candidate Experience & Onboarding Excellence: Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate journey from initial contact through onboarding. Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and employee integration.
• Talent Management & Employee Engagement: Support employee development initiatives, performance management processes, retention strategies, and engagement activities that foster a positive workplace culture.
• Payroll & HR Operations Support: Assist in payroll processing by maintaining accurate employee records, attendance data, leave management, and payroll inputs while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• HR Operations, Compliance & Reporting: Maintain employee records, recruitment documentation, and HR databases while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Track hiring metrics and HR reports to support data-driven decisions and process improvements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with department heads and leadership teams to understand hiring requirements, workforce planning needs, and talent development initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related HR role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Recruitment Expertise: Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms, job portals, interview coordination, candidate assessment, and onboarding processes.
• People-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
