Role Title: HR Business Partner Manager/Senior Manager

Role Overview
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager plays a strategic and consultative role, partnering closely with
business leaders to enable organizational effectiveness, drive talent strategies, and support business growth.
This position requires deep HR expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence, coach, and
guide leadership teams across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Partnership

Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and translate them into
people strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational design, and capability
building.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters.
2. Talent Management & Development

Drive the talent review process, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Identify high-potential employees and create development roadmaps.
Partner with Learning & Development for capability-building programs aligned to business needs.
3. Performance Management

Lead the performance management cycle, ensuring fairness, consistency, and coaching for high
performance.

Guide managers in goal setting, feedback, appraisal discussions, and corrective actions.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture

Design and execute engagement initiatives to foster a positive, high-performance culture.
Partner with managers to improve team climate, build morale, and strengthen employee experience.
Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts with empathy and fairness.
5. HR Governance & Compliance

Ensure adherence to company policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
Manage audits, documentation, and risk mitigation.
Implement HR policies and ensure consistent execution across teams.
6. Workforce Planning & Analytics

Analyze HR metrics (attrition, productivity, engagement, cost, etc.) and share actionable insights with
leadership.

Support business forecasting, manpower budgeting, and headcount planning.
7. Change Management

Support and lead organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, new business models, or
process redesign.

Communicate and manage transitions effectively to reduce impact on employees.
8. Employee Relations

Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit.
Address employee concerns proactively and create a transparent communication environment.

Requirements
Education

Masters degree in human resources management, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred) from
renowned college.
Experience

12 years of HR BP experience. HR Operations (Induction/Payroll/Data Management etc.) experience
alone may not fit in the role.
Experience working with senior business leaders in a fast-paced environment.
Tier 1 organization including Consulting organization experience will be a plus.
