What would you do

• TA Admin External Workforce Management Query Management Talent Management Rewards and Recognition, wot on compliance and continuous process improvement.
• Recruitment Admin or External Workforce Management , Query Mgmt, Talent Mgmt & Reward & RecoGnition Senior Analyst
• Administer onboarding of new employees including all onboarding activities like orientation registration, completion of background check, creation of SAP record, etc.
• Manage recruitment administration and external workforce hiring support, HR query management, talent management operations, and rewards and recognition processes. Ensure effective service delivery, governance, stakeholder coordination, reporting What are we looking for
• collaborate with HR and leadership on people initiatives.
• Track performance measures such as attendance, quality, TAT, ageing control, AHT, break adherence, attrition, escalation and follow-up parameters where applicable; support award governance and periodic review cycles; validate eligibility based on defined criteria; prepare trackers, reports and communication inputs; coordinate with operations and stakeholders; maintain documentation and audit trail; support governance and review mechanisms; identify improvement opportunities to strengthen controls and employee recognition experience. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage applicant tracking system data, requisitions, candidate workflows, approvals and hiring coordination
• Monitor SLA OLA and KPI performance and support service reporting and governance
• Coordinate with stakeholders on recruitment, workforce, talent and recognition programs
• Handle HR query intake, case triage, issue resolution, escalations and documentation
• Support talent reviews, training needs analysis, succession planning and team capability development
• Monitor performance scorecards and support onboarding, knowledge transfer and team development
• Track attendance, quality, turnaround time, ageing, attrition and escalation metrics
• Support rewards and recognition governance, eligibility validation, reporting and communications
• Maintain process documentation, controls, audit readiness and operational excellence initiatives
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions
• Required Experience
• 6 plus years of overall experience with at least 4 plus years in HR operations
• Experience in recruitment administration, query management, performance management and rewards processes
• Experience in RPO or managed services environments preferred
• Prior team handling or people leadership experience preferred
