HR Intern (Hotel Industry / Hospitality Sector)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Screening: Help us find top talent for our culinary, front office, and more by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Employee Engagement: Brainstorm and execute fun employee welfare events, town halls, and internal celebrations.
• Onboarding Support: Give our new joiners a warm welcome by coordinating their documentation, induction schedules, and uniform allocations.
• HR Operations: Maintain employee databases, update attendance files, and manage day-to-day administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, BBA, or MBA in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
