- CFT circulation for feedback
- Resource allocation, Inputs
- Project Review as per frequency
- Recruitment & Team Building
- experience in Precision product design
- DFM & DFME knowledge in sheet metal, precision machined components
- Conduct PROTOTYPING, TESTS & TRIALS
- FW & Systems building
- Lead project from start to end
- Explain Ideas & Concepts to junior's
- Budget Costing & estimation
- Project Data validation
- Experience – 7+ yrs.
- Education- BE (Mechanical / Production) / DME/ NTTF/B. tech/ GTTC
- NPD process development experience
- Good CFT Coordination
- Good Team handling
- 2 Wheeler & drawing licence
- Project planning Skills
- Age not more than 35 years
