We are looking for a hands-on GCP Network Security Specialist with strong experience in Google Cloud networking, Cloud Firewall, Secure Tags, Palo Alto PAN-OS / Panorama, Terraform, and network micro-segmentation. The role will involve designing and implementing GCP network isolation, tag-driven firewall rules, Palo Alto policy integration, database micro-segmentation, application segmentation, testing, validation, rollout planning, and rollback documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement GCP network segmentation across Prod, Dev, and Test environments.
- Map application-to-database communication flows and prepare traffic flow matrix.
- Design and implement GCP Secure Tag-based firewall policies and configure Cloud Firewall rules.
- Support VPC isolation, subnet configuration, routing, peering validation, and enable VPC Flow Logs.
- Integrate GCP Secure Tags with Palo Alto PAN-OS / Panorama using APIs and automate policy updates based on GCP tag changes.
- Implement database and application micro-segmentation, validate firewall rules, and prepare HLD, LLD, traffic matrices, test reports, and runbooks.
Requirements
- 7 to 12 Years of hands-on experience in GCP VPC networking and GCP Cloud Firewall / Hierarchical Firewall Policies.
- Strong experience with GCP Secure Tags, Palo Alto PAN-OS / Panorama, and API integration / policy automation.
- Strong understanding of network segmentation / micro-segmentation and VPC Flow Logs / traffic analysis.
- Working knowledge of Terraform for GCP networking and Python scripting for automation.
- Ability to create HLD, LLD, traffic matrix, test plan, rollout and rollback documents.
- Location: Hybrid Noida | Bengaluru | Jaipur | Pune; Note: Bench resources preferred, LinkedIn is required.
