Foundry Mould & Core - AGM / DGM

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage foundry operations, including mould design, core making, melting, heat treatment, and quality control.
  
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
  
• Oversee production planning and execution to meet customer requirements and company goals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 14-17 years of experience in foundry management or related field (AGM/DGM level).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of metallurgy, iron casting, furnace operation, sand casting, heat treatment, melting processes.
