About this role
Ensuring Timely Installation, reinstallation, testing, and troubleshooting of on road GPS tracking devices in ambulances and other highway emergency response vehicles on National Highway.
Installation, configuration, and reinstallation of the NHAI Care application on mobile phones/tablets.
Ensure Training of IMS vehicle staff for using of GPS, MDM, Tablet and IMS Care application.
IMS Care application meeting with stakeholder for device related work
Maintain GPS, Mobile and Tablet installation and handover records, vehicle details, IMEI numbers, and service reports.
Conducting on-site testing and providing basic training to ambulance pilots and field personnel.
