Executive - Subscription & Renewals

Key Requirements: -Manage subscription renewals and promote SOLIDWORKS Desktop & Cloud solutions. -Build customer relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and engagement activities. -Identify new business, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities within existing accounts. -Forecast renewal pipelines and maintain accurate customer records and sales reports. -Conduct product presentations and customer demonstrations. -Coordinate with internal technical teams to enhance customer satisfaction and subscription value. Required Skills & Qualifications: -Understanding of SOLDIWORKS or any CAD software. -SaaS Sales/ Software subscription renewals experience would be an added advantage. -Must be willing to travel across Gujarat -Excellent communication and presentation skills
