Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing and screening abilities, and hands-on experience using various job portals to identify and attract suitable candidates.
Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT positions.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidates communication skills, experience, qualifications, and suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and interview panels to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview schedules.
- Manage multiple job openings and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, and candidate follow-ups.
- Track recruitment metrics, including sourcing, screening, interview attendance, and position closures.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- MBA in HR / Human Resource Management.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tools.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in Non-IT hiring.
- Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Skills
- Hands-on experience with multiple job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within deadlines.
- Good follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and recruitment trackers.
