Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM Functional Consultant with 9+ years of overall ERP consulting experience and strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM). The ideal candidate should possess end-to-end implementation experience across multiple project lifecycles and demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion PPM (Project Portfolio Management).
• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance modules; cross-functional knowledge is highly desirable.
• Experience in all project phases:
• Requirement Gathering & Analysis
• Solution Design
• Configuration & Setup
• Testing (SIT/UAT)
• Deployment & Transition
• Post Go-Live Support
• Strong expertise in key PPM areas such as:
• Project Foundation
• Project Costing
• Project Billing
• Project Contracts
• Capital Projects
• Project Performance Reporting
• Experience in Oracle Fusion implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support engagements.
• Ability to interact with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Experience in preparing functional specifications, test scenarios, and user training documentation.
• Exposure to integration touchpoints between PPM and Finance modules.
• Support and enhancement project experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications in PPM and/or Financials.
• Exposure to global delivery and onsite-offshore engagement models.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.

• Relevant Experience in Oracle Fusion PPM: 7+ Years
