  3D software module knowledge: surfacing, solid modeling, sheet metal, assembly, drafting

  Knowledge of DFMEA & GD&T

  Knowledge of W/H, electrical distribution, fuses & Plastic Parts

 Having experience in component manufacturing

Working experience in automobile industry

  Concept to final design & development of new component like fuse box, relay box, junction box & related parts.

  Design review & validation for the new product development

  Design and Development of plastic and rubber automotive reverse engineering, technical support.

  Detailing of the products for final part and tool manufacturing

  Part modeling, surfacing, sheet metal, assembly and drafting

  Mechanical & electrical design calculations

 Document preparation like handling manual, product standard, design intension sheet

Preparation of DFMEA & tolerance analysis
