Accountabilities:: In this role, you will drive marketing strategy, support commercial growth, and develop innovative solutions that enhance client outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives, marketing goals, and revenue growth targets.

Lead sales and marketing pre-sales engagements, solution design, and client discussions to improve marketing operations performance.

Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and internal sales stakeholders.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and commercial decisions.

Collaborate with consulting, data, technology, and AI teams to develop compelling solutions that grow revenue, optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the marketing experience.

Monitor marketing metrics and KPIs, evaluate performance, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Drive innovation and operational excellence across marketing activities, ensuring alignment with broader organizational priorities.

Develop new marketing and advertising solutions using AI and agentic technologies to support digital transformation and deliver measurable business value.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines a strong foundation in digital marketing with analytical capabilities, project management expertise, and the ability to lead client-facing commercial initiatives. The following qualifications and skills are expected:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Sales; a master's degree in Marketing is also relevant.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing analytics, marketing performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making.

Experience or demonstrated capability in marketing strategy, sales and marketing solutioning, and client engagement.

Understanding of media, communications, marketing operations, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with project management practices.

Ability to interpret market research, competitor intelligence, customer behavior, and performance data to identify growth opportunities.

Strong collaboration, communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).

Digital marketing or social media marketing certifications, such as Udacity's Digital Marketing Certificate Program or HP's Social Media Marketing Certification, are relevant.
