The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, social media marketing, content creation, online advertising, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant digital channels.
- Manage and optimize the companys website to improve traffic, user engagement, and lead generation.
- Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies, including keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and link building.
- Manage social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Create engaging content for social media posts, blogs, website pages, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Execute paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Ads, where applicable.
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns and online promotional activities.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and user engagement using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, leads, website traffic, and return on investment.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, and business development teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and search engine algorithm changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing; freshers with relevant skills and practical knowledge may also apply.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Basic knowledge of website management and content management systems such as WordPress is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools is an added advantage.
