Delivery Specialist - Museum Projects

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to support the delivery of a large-scale museum project. The role involves stakeholder management, vendor coordination, construction-phase oversight, installation management, and leadership communications. The incumbent will work closely with agencies, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage leadership presentations, project updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and leadership teams for approvals and alignment.
• Serve as the primary interface between agencies, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Handle vendor onboarding, contracts, POs, invoices, and payment processing.
• Monitor site progress during construction and ensure experience-related infrastructure requirements are met.
• Review installation quality for AV, projection systems, interactives, and experiential elements.
• Support installation, commissioning, testing, snag closure, and project handover.
