Customer Success Executive

Job Description

Innoviti is hiring a Customer Success Executive for Bangalore. You will be our on-site point of contact at customer locations, helping customers get full value from our solutions while building strong, long-term relationships.

Work Setup

• Operate from the customers office
• Be flexible to travel to various customer offices across Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site contact for assigned customers
• Onboard new customers and conduct product walkthroughs and training sessions
• Drive product adoption and monitor account health
• Resolve customer queries and escalations in coordination with internal teams
• Track tickets, feedback and feature requests through to closure
• Conduct regular check-ins and review meetings with customer stakeholders
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and support renewals
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1 to 3 years in customer success, account management, customer support or a client-facing role (strong freshers may also apply)
• Excellent communication skills in English; Kannada or Hindi is a plus
• Customer-first mindset with good problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working independently at client sites
• Willing to travel locally within Bangalore; own conveyance preferred
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools is an advantage
