Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative fresher who understands social media content and knows how to write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, Facebook ads, and other short-form video content.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, viral hooks, storytelling, and how to keep viewers engaged through compelling scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, Facebook ads, and YouTube Shorts.
• Research trending topics, viral videos, and competitor content to generate new ideas.
• Develop strong hooks, engaging storytelling, and compelling calls to action.
• Convert product features and benefits into simple, conversational scripts.
• Write content in English, Hinglish, or Hindi, depending on the target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign ideas.
• Understand audience pain points and create relatable, attention-grabbing content.
• Revise scripts based on feedback and performance insights.

Requirements:

• Fresher with a strong interest in content writing and social media.
• Must understand how to write scripts for Reels and social media advertisements.
• Good understanding of viral content, hooks, storytelling, and audience retention.
• Good written communication skills and creativity.
• Ability to research topics and explain concepts in simple language.
• Knowledge of Hinglish or Hindi is an advantage.
• A portfolio or sample scripts is a plus, but not mandatory.
