Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager with a strong background in product management to lead our product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and will be responsible for driving product strategy and execution in alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product delivery.
- Develop and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
- Lead product development meetings, ensuring alignment and clarity on project goals and timelines.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback post-launch, making data-driven decisions for future iterations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates.
- Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong expertise in Product Management, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a technology-driven industry.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10-13 years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing successful products.
