Position: Company Secretary IPO & Corporate Affairs

Qualification

• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Law, Business Administration or related field.

• LLB / CFA / relevant corporate finance qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 07 to 17 years of relevant experience in Company Secretarial, Corporate Compliance and/or IPO/Capital Market functions.

• Prior experience in IPO execution, listing process or IPO readiness is strongly preferred.

• Experience with a manufacturing, chemical, agrochemical or other corporate environment will be an advantage.

• Candidates with experience working with Merchant Bankers, Legal Advisors and Stock Exchanges will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations and Stock Exchange requirements.

• Practical experience in IPO documentation and due diligence.

• Good understanding of DRHP, RHP and Prospectus preparation.

• Strong drafting and documentation skills.

• Excellent coordination and stakeholder-management skills.

• Strong analytical and compliance-monitoring abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and high-confidentiality assignments.

• Proficiency in MS Office, MCA portal and relevant compliance platforms.
