Caller

Mswipe is looking for a Telecaller to connect with our merchants, resolve their queries, and make sure ready merchant installations are aligned and closed on time. Whether you are starting your career or already have calling experience, if you enjoy talking to people and keeping things organised, this role is a good fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to merchants and communicate effectively in Telugu, English, and Hindi
• Handle merchant queries and validate installation remarks
• Follow up with the ASM/TL team to ensure ready installations are aligned and closed
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-up activities
• Coordinate with the internal operations team to resolve customer issues
• Achieve daily calling targets and assigned operational goals
• Prepare daily call reports and update customer information in the system

Requirements

• Fluency in Telugu, with basic communication skills in Hindi or English
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel (copy-paste) or data entry
• Prior telecalling or customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory
