Job Summary

As a consultant, you will utilize your consulting skills and functional knowledge for gathering and documenting the requirements, preparing the design, and completing configuration tasks for small/ mid-size projects. You will work cohesively with global project teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure top customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diligently work on customer projects to document customer requirements and help the global project team deliver the highest quality.
• Take ownership in participating in key meetings like requirements gathering to elicit requirements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.
• Analyze current business processes, systems, data, and workflows to evaluate processes, anticipate requirements, and discover areas for improvement.
• Document requirements, review specifications, prepare flow and process diagrams, develop user stories, and conduct system demos.
• Own product configuration tasks and transition user stories to development and QA teams, assisting in defect management from build to hypercare.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of industry experience in consulting and client-facing roles.
• Strong functional knowledge, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability in functional requirements and functional design meetings, in documenting requirements, and in preparing functional designs.
• Knowledge of Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ CLM) and/or Salesforce platform is a great advantage.
• Clear, deliberate, and collaborative communicator (verbal and written).
• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent (MBA preferred).
