Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants to clients and vendors across the US market.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable opportunities for bench consultants.
• Screen, shortlist, and market consultants based on client needs and project requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients and vendor networks.
• Negotiate rates and coordinate consultant submissions and placements.
• Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, and CareerBuilder for marketing consultants.
• Leverage LinkedIn and advanced sourcing techniques to generate placement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements, market trends, and skill demands.
• Ensure timely follow-up with vendors, clients, and consultants throughout the placement process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in US Bench Sales / US Staffing.
• Proven track record of successfully marketing bench consultants and placing them on projects.
• Strong understanding of US staffing processes and client requirements.
• Experience working with Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Tier-1 vendors.
• Strong vendor network within the US staffing industry.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple consultant submissions simultaneously.
