Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from manpower requirement to candidate joining.  

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates through job portals, professional networks, references and other channels.  
• Understand business and position requirements and coordinate with stakeholders for timely closure of vacancies.  
• Conduct preliminary candidate discussions and coordinate technical, HR and personal interview rounds.  
• Handle salary discussions and negotiate compensation with candidates in line with organizational guidelines.  
• Manage PR and PO activities related to recruitment and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders.  
• Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and periodic hiring reports for management review.  
• Coordinate offer release, pre-joining follow-up, documentation and joining formalities.  
• Drive onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition of selected candidates into the organization.  
• Maintain candidate and recruitment databases and ensure timely updates throughout the hiring lifecycle
