Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager - Program

Program Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end program management activities from customer nomination to SOP (Start of Production).
• Develop and track detailed project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure timely completion of project activities as per customer and organizational requirements.
• Monitor program health and escalate critical issues proactively.

Customer Interface Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal functions.
• Coordinate customer requirements, engineering changes, timelines, and status updates.
• Participate in customer reviews, program meetings, and launch readiness assessments.
• Ensure achievement of customer milestones and satisfaction targets.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Manufacturing teams.
• Drive project reviews and ensure closure of action items.
• Facilitate smooth communication across all stakeholders.

New Product Development (NPD)

• Manage APQP activities and ensure successful product industrialization.
• Track prototype development, testing, validation, and production readiness.
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and automotive standards.

Risk & Change Management

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor engineering changes and assess impact on cost, timing, and quality.
• Drive issue resolution through structured problem-solving methodologies.

Budget & Cost Management

• Monitor project budgets and program profitability.
• Track investment requirements, tooling costs, and project expenditures.
• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams for cost optimization initiatives.

Launch Management

• Ensure successful product launch as per agreed timelines.
• Coordinate readiness reviews covering quality, manufacturing, logistics, and supplier preparedness.
• Track launch issues and ensure timely closure.

Reporting & Governance

• Prepare and present program status reports to management and customers.
• Develop dashboards highlighting project progress, risks, quality, cost, and timing.
