Assistant Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention.
  
• Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to minimize shrinkage.
  
• Oversee floor management, including visual merchandising, customer service, and sales performance monitoring.
  
• Develop strategies for inventory optimization and reduction of waste through effective planning and execution.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to safety, security, and environmental standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in retail or FMCG industry as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of SAPs (Systems Applications Products) software for managing inventory data.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  
• Ability to analyze complex problems using logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
