About the Role

The Senior Analyst / Lead Analyst Technology Implementation will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business requirements, complex client environments, and our core technical solutions. Under the guidance of the Vice President of Implementation and working closely with senior Programme Managers, you will own the end-to-end technical analysis, solution design mapping, and day-to-day execution of technology implementation projects.

This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen, client-facing communication, and execution-focused project management. You will act as the key interface for clients (onshore and offshore), ensuring that system integrations, APIs, and cloud deployments are successfully delivered on time and meet rigorous quality standards.

What Will You Do in this Role

Technical Analysis & Solution Mapping

• Collaborate with client business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document integration requirements.
• Map client legacy environments or business workflows to the companys API-driven banking, lending, and payment infrastructure.
• Review technical documentation, schemas, and API payloads to validate feasibility and identify potential technical bottlenecks early in the lifecycle.
• Conduct gap analyses and propose robust, scalable technical solutions aligned with enterprise application standards.

Implementation Execution & Delivery

• Assist the Programme Manager in constructing realistic, detailed project timelines, tracking milestones, and managing technical delivery backlogs.
• Utilize collaboration and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet) to log issues, track progress, and manage technical tasks.
• Coordinate closely with internal cross-functional teams (Product Development, QA, Security, and Core Engineering) to expedite code releases, bug fixes, and patch deployments.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis sessions when technical challenges or integration blockers arise.

Client Engagement & Onsite Coordination

• Serve as a direct technical point of contact for international clients, driving integration workshops and technical kick-off meetings.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical client stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Provide clear, proactive technical updates, status reports, and project health dashboards to implementation leadership.
• Manage client expectations with high empathy, cultural awareness, and a professional, solution-oriented approach.

Technical Quality & Testing Support

• Define technical success criteria and help establish comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios for integrations.
• Validate that API security protocols, database connections, and data transfer mechanisms conform to strict financial industry regulations.
• Identify operational and architectural risks during delivery and suggest mitigation plans to ensure project continuity.

What You'll Need to be Successful in this Role

Core Academic & Certifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related quantitative field. An MBA or equivalent business degree is a plus.

• Certifications (Preferred):

Technical/Integration: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Fundamentals, or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer.

Project/Agile: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile PM.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on Background: Must have started in a core technical role (such as Software Developer, Technical Consultant, Systems Engineer, or Technical Solutions Analyst) and transitioned into a delivery-focused analyst position.
• Modern Architectures: Proficient understanding of RESTful/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, microservices, system integration patterns, and enterprise application landscapes.
• Cloud Computing: Hands-on experience navigating cloud platforms (specifically AWS or Microsoft Azure).
• Databases: Solid understanding of relational (SQL) or non-relational (NoSQL) databases, data structures, and data mapping logic.

Professional Experience

• Overall Experience: 3 to 6 years of overall IT/software industry experience.
• Implementation Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in a client-facing implementation, technical consulting, or business analyst role.
• Client Exposure: Demonstrated history of collaborating directly with international clients (experience in regions such as APAC, Middle East, Europe, or Americas is highly desirable).

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Industry Domain: Prior domain knowledge in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), particularly in core banking, payments infrastructure, digital lending, or card issuance.
• Consulting Background: Experience working in global IT consulting, system integration, or Fintech SaaS providers.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally for short-term client visits or onsite integration phases as required.
