Job Summary

We are looking for a Zuora Developer with hands-on experience in Zuora Billing and subscription management. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Zuora configuration, integrations, and development, along with experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and develop solutions on Zuora Billing and Zuora CPQ.
• Work on subscription management, product catalog, billing, invoicing, and payments.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Zuora and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work with Zuora Workflow, AQuA, Data Query, and Zuora APIs.
• Configure products, rate plans, subscriptions, amendments, and billing rules.
• Troubleshoot issues related to billing, invoicing, payments, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in requirement analysis, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Zuora development/configuration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Zuora Billing.
• Must have strong knowledge in Zuora Collections.
• Good understanding of Subscription Management and Product Catalog.
• Experience with Zuora APIs – REST/SOAP.
• Experience with Zuora Workflow, Data Query, and AQuA.
• Knowledge of billing, invoicing, payments, amendments, and subscription lifecycle.
• Experience with system integrations and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Zuora CPQ.
• Experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce, ERP, or other third-party applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment processes.
• Zuora certifications are an added advantage.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
