Zonal Head - Retail - North

About the Role:

An established, high-growth consumer brand is looking for an experienced retail leader to manage its North India business. Reporting to the Retail Head, the role will be responsible for regional sales performance, retail operations, store productivity and team leadership across a large, multi-store network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive regional sales, revenue growth, store profitability and overall business performance across the assigned territory.

- Oversee retail operations across multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence and consistent customer experience.

- Monitor store-level KPIs, identify performance gaps and implement action plans to improve productivity and profitability.

- Lead and develop a large regional team comprising Area Managers, Branch Managers and store personnel.

- Ensure effective execution of business plans, sales targets, operational standards and customer service initiatives.

- Partner with the central retail leadership team to drive business priorities, improve processes and support expansion.

Skills & Experience:

- 10 - 15 years of experience in organised retail, with significant exposure to multi-store and regional business management.

- Proven experience managing large retail networks and geographically distributed teams.

- Strong understanding of retail sales, store operations, productivity metrics and business performance.

- Experience in jewellery, premium lifestyle or other high-value organised retail categories is preferred.

- Strong leadership, analytical, execution and stakeholder management capabilities.
