Role Overview:

Looking for a Workday Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in the Talent & Performance module, responsible for configuration, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of talent management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Workday Talent & Performance functionality.
• Manage Goal Setting, Performance Reviews, and Succession Planning.
• Configure performance evaluation templates, competency frameworks, and feedback cycles.
• Set up eligibility rules and business processes for talent programs.
• Manage calibration sessions and performance review cycles.
• Maintain Workday security roles and domain policies.
• Perform audits and troubleshoot workflow-related issues.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer.
• Support Workday HCM integration and organizational changes.
