About this role
Our client is looking for Workday Learning Consultant with strong functional expertise and client-facing experience Join us to lead impactful Workday Learning implementation, optimization, and transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Workday Learning configuration, implementation & optimization
- Configure Courses, Programs, Campaigns, Content & Certifications
- Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering & solution design
- Configure learning business processes, enrollments, approvals & workflows
- Drive testing, deployment readiness & release activities
- Support learning analytics, compliance & certification management
- Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Must-Have
- 6+ years of Workday HCM & Workday Learning experience
- Workday Learning Certification – Mandatory
- Strong LMS, content management & compliance training experience
- Client-facing consulting & solution design experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
