About this role
Responsibilities:
- Provide application support for Workday Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking.
- Configure business processes, security policies, and system enhancements.
- Develop and support Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs.
- Gather business requirements, design solutions, and manage testing and deployment.
- Build advanced reports and automate HR and payroll processes.
- Ensure system security, compliance, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience.
- Strong expertise in Workday Payroll, Security, and Integrations.
- Experience with Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
- Proficiency in EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs, and Workday reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
