About this role
We're Hiring | Senior Manager / Associate Director - Workday Benefits
Locations: Bangalore | Gurgaon | Noida | Pune
We're looking for a talented professional to join our HR Digital Transformation (HRDT) team within our People & Investment Consulting business.
Work Model: Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week in office
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of overall experience, including 4–5+ years of Workday implementation experience
- Workday Benefits certified / Benefits Core certification
- Proven experience leading Benefits implementations for US & Canada
- Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience
- Deep functional knowledge of Workday Benefits and its integration with HCM, Absence, Payroll, and Integrations
- Experience working with a Workday implementation partner
- Experience leading teams and managing Benefits analysts/consultants
- Strong understanding of Workday implementation lifecycle, optimization, upgrades, and rollouts
- Ability to design Workday solutions aligned with client and industry requirements
- Strong understanding of testing, cutover, deployment, rollout, and hypercare activities
- Bachelor's degree in B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./MCA or equivalent
