Key Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of Hardware, capacity planning as well as RAID concepts.
- Work on the Physical and Virtual Servers (Azure cloud) Infrastructure.
- Good knowledge about server hardware and server hosting.
- Able to perform Firmware & Bios Upgradation of Physical Servers.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience on Windows 2016/2019/2022 & 2025 OS for installation & management.
- Able to manage windows OS upgradation activities.
- Expertise and hands-on experience on Windows Server troubleshooting.
- Check & Deploy Patches and Hotfixes on monthly basis, which is release by Microsoft.
- Provide support for DC & other Locations devices such as Servers hardware, OS & File servers.
- Windows OS Vulnerability assessment management and closure according to recommendations.
- Basic understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure regarding IaaS, PaaS services, Network & storage.
- Understanding of Azure billing.
- Knowledge on Hyper-V/VMWARE servers.
- In-depth knowledge and experience on VMware ESXi 8,7 & 6 hypervisors administration.
- Manage Vcenter for multiple Datacentres.
- In depth troubleshooting skills in Vcenter, ESX and ESXi hosts and networking.
- Knowledge on backup & restoration.
- Ability to manage Vendor & OEM Support coordination for technical supports.
- Managing Daily Operations (Incident/ Request/ Issues/ Troubleshooting) and ensure the agreed SLA is met. when working with tickets (based on the Severity of the tickets)
- Prepare report for audit purpose.
- Able to manage team & perform team management along with site management.
- Follows the security & compliance process as per requirement.
- Ability to get self-train mandatory security courses and follow security standards as per requirement.
- Should be willing to work anywhere in Mumbai/Navi-Mumbai/Thane
- Strong written and presentation development skills.
- Ability to gain support and consensus for initiatives.
