Windchill Migration

We are looking for an experienced Windchill Migration Developer / Senior Migration Developer to join our growing team.

Key Requirements:

• 1-10 years of overall experience in Windchill
• Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in Windchill Migration
• Strong technical expertise in: Windchill Migration, Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) & Data Migration Strategies and Execution
• Previous experience working as an Architect in a customer-facing environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to explain technical solutions and migration approaches to customers
• Strong mentoring and leadership capabilities to guide team members through technical challenges
• Positive attitude and strong collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute Windchill migration projects.
• Design and implement migration strategies using WBM.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership.
• Work closely with customers to understand and address business requirements.
• Mentor and support development teams in resolving technical issues.
• Ensure successful and timely delivery of migration activities.
