WhatsApp and Discord Community Manager

You've walked away with prizes at Hackathons. They are on your resume.

But, then you apply for jobs and find yourself explaining to HR that the skills you have on paper are only a fraction of what you can actually do.

Here's your chance to prove it.

A few weeks ago, we launched Hire For Work (HFW) to bring next-generation opportunities closer to next-generation talent.

We're looking for community builders with in-roads into student communities, prestigious institutes, developer and geek forums, gaming, design, advertising, finance and other talent networks.

Your challenge is simple:

Engage. Connect. Discover. Build.

Show us the value you bring to the table by engaging with our communities, creating conversations, finding interesting people and expanding HFW's reach.

This isn't a conventional application. It's a live, prove-yourself-and-get-hired challenge.

Join the HFW Inner Circle:

Once approved, introduce yourself, tell us what you're interested in, what communities you can reach, and where you're ready to prove yourself.

Our communities are already active. Your performance can fast-track your application. And yes, HFW started on Discord.

If you figured out why we didn't mention it earlier, you've got our attention.

We're looking for people who are part recruiter, developer, journalist, psychologist, event host, internet native, moderator and storyteller.

If you're constantly wondering: Who joined What are they building Who disappeared Why did that conversation explode Who knows something interesting Who should meet whom What should we discuss tomorrow You might be exactly who we're looking for.

Don't just apply. Prove your mettle.

Show us what you bring. Get hired.
