Plan and coordinate weddings in Kerala with care for the couple, guests and every operational detail. Work with clients, venues, suppliers and our design and production teams to deliver a smoothly organised celebration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand event requirements, priorities, budgets and function schedules.

• Maintain timelines, action lists, vendor trackers and event documentation.

• Coordinate venue visits, supplier discussions, approvals and internal handovers.

• Track agreed scope, quotations and changes, escalating decisions for approval.

• Build event running orders and coordinate guest logistics and vendor arrivals.

• Coordinate on-site delivery, resolve issues calmly and keep stakeholders informed.

• Support post-event reconciliation, feedback and improvements.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Planning or coordination skills from weddings, events or hospitality.

• Clear client communication, organisation and practical problem-solving.

• Comfort managing suppliers, deadlines and detailed documentation.

• Respect for varied wedding traditions and each client's preferences.

• Availability for on-site work and venue travel within Kerala and event schedules, including weekends when required.
