Role Description The Wedding & Event Hamper Coordinator will manage end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of hampers for weddings and special events. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves working closely with clients, event planners, and internal teams to understand requirements, budgets, themes, and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing hamper concepts, selecting and coordinating products, overseeing packaging and presentation, and ensuring timely delivery to venues. The Coordinator will maintain detailed order and inventory records, coordinate with vendors, and monitor quality standards for all hampers. The role also includes providing customer support, handling queries, and contributing to sales opportunities by suggesting creative hamper ideas and upsell options for events.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills to coordinate wedding and event hampers from concept to delivery.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify client needs, recommend appropriate hamper solutions, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and quality.
• Relevant experience in weddings, events, gifting, or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, including during peak wedding and festive seasons.
• Proficiency in basic office tools and documentation, and comfort managing multiple orders simultaneously.
• A diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
