Web Project Manager & Business Analyst

The Web Project Manager / Business Analyst will lead the end-to-end delivery, enhancement, migration, and rollout of Medical Affairs websites and digital experiences across international markets as part of the Synapse initiative. This role is primarily responsible for project planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, vendor coordination, and delivery governance, while also supporting business analysis and requirements definition to ensure successful implementation of compliant, user-centric web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management (70%)

· Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of Medical Affairs web initiatives, including new sites, enhancements, migrations, and market rollouts.

· Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, IT, UX/UI, Analytics, regional affiliates, agencies, and vendors.

· Facilitate governance, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and executive updates.

· Drive backlog prioritization, release planning, UAT, launch readiness, and post-launch support.

· Ensure alignment with platform standards, accessibility, compliance, privacy, and operational governance requirements.

· Manage vendor and agency deliverables to ensure quality and on-time execution.

Business Analysis (30%)

· Gather and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

· Define web requirements related to CMS capabilities, templates, components, navigation, and user journeys.

· Partner with UX/UI teams to review wireframes, designs, and user experience recommendations.

· Support analytics, GA4 tagging, KPI measurement, and reporting requirements.

· Maintain requirements documentation, decisions, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience

· 7+ years of experience in web project management, digital delivery, business analysis, or related roles.

· Proven experience managing website implementations, enhancements, migrations, and global rollouts.

· Strong experience with Agile delivery, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and UAT.

· Working knowledge of enterprise CMS platforms, digital experiences, UX principles, and web analytics.

· Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other regulated industries preferred.

· Strong communication, organization, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

· Sitecore or similar enterprise CMS.

· GA4, web tagging, and digital analytics.

· Figma and UX/UI collaboration.

· AI-enabled digital experiences and search solutions.
