Web Development & Delivery Specialist - Senior Analyst

Position Overview

We're seeking a Web Development & Delivery Specialist to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of web experiences. This role will focus on building and managing web Content Management System (CMS) templates, components, pages, and reusable content structures that help Marketing & Communications deliver high-quality digital experiences at scale.

Responsibilities

• Front-end/back-end digital experience owner that can build, update, and maintain templates, components, pages, and content structures in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Acquia Drupal, and WordPress.
• Partner with marketing, creative, UX, digital and technology teams to support web experience delivery.
• Ensure digital content follows brand, accessibility, compliance, and governance standards.
• Support ongoing optimization of reusable web assets and authoring processes; and troubleshoot pages, components, workflows, and publishing issues.
• Assist with changes to Domain Name System (DNS) and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificates, for web CMSs and Marketing Automation Platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience working with AEM, Acquia Drupal, Ceros, and/or WordPress/WP Engine.
• Experience working with Adobe Marketo Engage and/or Oracle Eloqua.
• Familiarity with web templates, components, page authoring, and content publishing workflows.
• Working experience with HTML, CSS, and web production best practices.
• Experience working in a regulated or highly governed enterprise environment.
• Cross-over skills combining technology and creativity to develop digital products/pages/content structures, with fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and other design systems
• Light understanding of accessibility design and interactive design to support UX/UI project engagements

Working Hours: General Shift (11:30 AM to 8:30 PM)
