Web Developer

JOB SUMMARY Full-Time (Onsite) We are seeking a versatile, high-performing Web Developer & Technical SEO/AEO/GEO Specialist to design, deploy, and maintain our web infrastructure. This role spans front-end and back-end maintenance (WordPress and modern web frameworks) alongside technical execution for digital marketing initiatives. The specialist will work to ensure optimum site health, security, core web vitals, and search visibility across standard engines and modern AI answer platforms.

DEVELOPMENT & TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE

CMS & Framework Engineering: Build and maintain responsive sites using WordPress, Elementor/WPBakery, custom themes, and modern front-end architectures (e.g., React, Headless CMS setups) ADDED SCOPE . API & Custom Integration: Integrate third-party web services, custom APIs, webhooks, and secure form solutions. Code & Mobile Standards: Ensure full cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, semantic HTML, and strict adherence to company brand guidelines.

MAINTENANCE, SECURITY & UPTIME Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor site performance, conduct regular uptime checks, and resolve bugs within target SLA windows. CMS Core & Asset Patching: Update website content, manage database efficiency, and patch plugins and core fi les safely. Security & Resilience: Enforce SSL, configure web application firewalls (WAF), perform routine malware scans, and test automated disaster backups.

ADVANCED SEO, AEO & GEO EXECUTION Answer & Generative Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO): Implement technical structures for AI parsers, LLM crawlers, and search engines (ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Google SGE), including clean content extraction formats and llms.txt protocols ADDED SCOPE . Structured Data & Schema: Author and validate comprehensive Schema markup (JSON-LD, Microdata) for rich snippets, entity identification, and conversational AI answers ENHANCED . Technical Search Infrastructure: Audit and resolve crawl errors, canonical tags, URL redirection logic (301/302), hreflang, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt files. Marketing Tooling & Analytics: Troubleshoot and resolve technical site audit errors flagged in SE Ranking and Semrush. Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and Google Search Console ADDED SCOPE .

QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field with 3+ years of professional web development and website maintenance experience.

Core Programming Stack: Strong hands-on proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), MySQL, and modern web standards.

CMS & Page Builders: Deep experience in WordPress core development, custom plugin creation, and builders (Elementor, WPBakery). Experience with modern JS frameworks/Headless CMS is a plus ADDED SCOPE .

Analytics & Technical Tools: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and interpretation of technical audits from SE Ranking or Semrush ADDED SCOPE .

Hosting & Server Admin: Proficiency in hosting environments, cPanel, DNS management, SSL certificates, CDN integrations, and version control using Git.
