We re Hiring | Senior Salesforce Techno-Functional Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Sales, Service, and Marketing stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Configure Salesforce declarative features such as Flow Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Page Layouts, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Lead discovery workshops, JAD sessions, stakeholder interviews, and solution discussions.
• Create process maps, wireframes, and data-flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Administrators to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and support sprint planning in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate business sign-off.
• Support data migration and integration requirement mapping.
• Evaluate and support third-party Salesforce AppExchange solutions.
• Develop end-user training materials and support change management and adoption.
• Act as a Salesforce SME, advising stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 8+ years of overall Business Analysis experience.
• 4–5+ years of Salesforce project experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and other declarative Salesforce capabilities.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, roles, profiles, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience writing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Understanding of integration concepts, APIs, and middleware such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
