Academies & Business Programs | Leadership Role

We are looking for an experienced placement leader who can own placement outcomes across Academies and assigned programs, while building strong employer partnerships and driving consistent performance across locations.

This is not a coordination-only placement role. The mandate requires direct ownership of placement targets, employer acquisition, conversion performance and team accountability.

What You Will Own

· Placement strategy and target achievement across academies, centres and assigned programs.

· Corporate, recruiter, staffing-partner and industry relationships.

· Adequate job-opportunity generation aligned to learner profiles, programs and locations.

· Employer participation in placement drives, interviews and hiring initiatives.

· The complete placement funnel: eligible candidates → interviews → selections → offers → joining.

· Placement Manager and team productivity, accountability and performance.

· Cross-functional coordination with Training and Operations to improve employability and readiness.

· Placement performance reviews, corrective action, data accuracy and reporting.

What Success Looks Like

· Achievement of placement percentage and absolute placement targets.

· Strong interview-to-selection and selection-to-joining conversion.

· Growth in active employer/recruiter partnerships.

· Reduced placement ageing and pending eligible candidates.

· Improved placement quality and compensation outcomes.

· Consistent performance across centres and placement teams.

Who Should Apply

· 10–15 years of relevant experience in Placements, Corporate Relations, Recruitment, Staffing, Employability or Workforce Solutions.

· Strong corporate network with proven experience generating large-scale employment opportunities.

· Experience managing multi-location placement / recruitment teams.

· Demonstrated ownership of placement or hiring targets.

· Strong understanding of recruitment funnels, employer requirements and candidate employability.

· Graduate mandatory; MBA / PGDM preferred.
