Warehouse

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming shipments (solar panels, inverters, structures, cables, etc.).
• Store materials systematically to optimize space and access.
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for project dispatches as per site requirements.
• Update stock records daily and maintain accurate inventory tracking. Assist in regular stock audits and reconciliation.
• Handle material movements safely and follow warehouse safety protocols.
• Report damages, shortages, or inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
• Coordinate closely with procurement and project teams for timely material supply.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate or diploma holder preferred.
• 0 - 2 years experience in warehouse, storekeeping, inventory, or dispatch operations.
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
• Good coordination, record-keeping, and organizational skills.
• Experience in solar, electrical, construction, or industrial materials will be an advantage.
