Mum & Mini – Maternity, Newborn & Kids Store | JP Nagar, Bangalore

Mum & Mini is a family-run maternity, baby and kids retail store that has served Bangalore families for over 10 years. We’re looking for a responsible Warehouse Executive to handle our warehouse operations from start to finish.

What you’ll do

• Receive incoming stock and check it against purchase orders and invoices for quantity, quality and damage
• Create GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) in our ERP software accurately and on time
• Barcode and label all products before they move to the store
• Manage stock transfers between the warehouse and store, and record all inwards and outwards
• Handle stock returns to vendors and customer returns, with proper documentation
• Run regular stock audits and cycle counts, and reconcile any differences
• Keep the warehouse organised, clean and easy to work in
• Prepare stock reports in Excel for management

What we’re looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (retail experience preferred)
• Hands-on experience with GRN, barcoding and stock audits
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory software
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented, someone we can trust with our stock
• Comfortable working 11 AM – 8:45 PM, 6 days a week, including weekends
• Kannada or Hindi is a plus
