Role & responsibilities

• Maintain databases and managing order, creating order ID
• Execute and maintain order management processes
• Bill-to site updates,generating bills
• Discount tier management, End-of-life product updates
• Handle emails.
• SLA tracking, and handling client calls/escalation process.
• Ensure meeting SLAs and measuring KPIs, day-to-day query resolution, and timely process escalations.
• Quality Initiatives and Identifying automation initiatives

Key Skills

• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Good listening skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduates from - BCA, BCom, BBA, BA with year of graduation, 2024, 2025 and 2026 only (along with provisional/degree certificate).
• Graduates with Good English communication skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates with less than 2years of experience will be considered.
• Candidates must have basic computer proficiency and strong customer service orientation.
• Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts) and rotational week-offs.
• Work from office role

Not Eligible: Candidates with technical or niche qualifications such as BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA & MBA qualifications
